If transfer is included, your pickup time may already be shown on the voucher. In some cases, the pickup time needs to be confirmed directly with the excursion provider, so please check the voucher carefully for any instructions.
If you’re unsure or can’t find your pickup time, please send us your ticket or voucher number, excursion name, and hotel name. Then ask to be connected to one of our team members, who will be happy to help confirm your pickup details.
