If you're arriving at Cancún Airport, your meeting point depends on which terminal you're arriving at.
Terminal 2 – Domestic Arrivals: After collecting your luggage, pass the vacation club information desks and use the automatic door on your right to enter the Ground Transportation area. Meet our team at Meeting Point #6.
Terminal 2 – International Arrivals: After Customs, continue straight past the information desks to the counter at Platform 40, before the main exit.
Terminal 3: After Customs, go to the Ground Transportation area. Our team will be next to Margaritaville Bar, between Platforms 3 and 4.
Terminal 4: After Customs, turn left and pass the car rental, taxi and vacation club areas. Once outside, follow the red signs for pre-booked transfers. Our desk is at Column D.
Our Destination Services staff wear green and white shirts, black trousers and a Destination Services ID badge, and carry a RIU sign.
The maximum waiting time for your vehicle is 45 minutes after you contact our staff, except when last-minute changes apply.
