After clearing Immigration, collecting your luggage and passing through Customs, do not take the first exit on the right.
Instead, turn left into the arrivals hall and go to the Destination Services / TUI desk at Desk #8.
Please have your transfer confirmation voucher or itinerary number ready to show the team.
Only approach authorised Destination Services or TUI staff. Avoid tourist information, timeshare, unauthorised taxi and other transportation desks, as they are not connected with your pre-booked transfer.
